Casa Bouchon boutique hotel is a colonial house from 1850 in the Estancia Mingre of 1,000 hectares composed mostly of vineyards (Bouchon) and native forest. Boutique Hotel with the purpose of being a place dedicated to relaxation and proximity to nature along with an experience around wine.
Casa Bouchon is a located inside the Mingre residence in the coastal dryland of the Maule Valley in Chile, Estate of more than one thousand hectares, in which the old adobe constructions are intertwined between the vineyards and the native vegetation from the area. With only five rooms, offers a disconnection and privacy experience, in which they want to serve each guest in a personalized way, according to their tastes and preferences.
A place where everything revolves around wine. The family have been making wines for 130 years and four generations, and their desire is that each visit be an invitation to tour the vineyards, to be amazed by the old barrel room, and of course, to taste many bottles in their place of origin. It is also an invitation to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature, the hot tub under the stars, a gastronomic dish prepared with homely affection and a horse ride between old vines and hills.
