Tabonkö is located in a small corner of the coastal dry area of the VII region between hills and vineyards. The name comes from our mineral waters from healing fountains. Private, sophisticated, and inviting lodge, located in the vineyards of the Gillmore Estate, together with a personalized service for our guests to relax, learn more about wines and their production, tour the vineyards, and enjoy the contact with nature. Native animals such as, pudúes, alpacas, and ñandúes curiously walk in a surrounding full of natural energy.
At La Cava de Francisco’s restaurant, the guests will taste a delicate gastronomy based in local flavors, and the most exclusive wines produced from our grapes to make your stay an unforgettable experience. There are 7 rooms with King size beds and 8 rooms with Queen size beds available at TabonKö. All furnished with Jacuzzi and central heat, so that you may enjoy our healing mineral waters during your entire stay.
Wine therapy has been practiced since the Middle Ages when wine was mixed with medicinal herbs to find healing effects to different illnesses. It consists of therapies with healing purposes having the wine as a medicinal agent. The grapes are rich in polyphenol which fight the free radicals that cause 80% of premature aging.
